“The Fillmore Eclipse” Walking Cinema
I contributed to The Fillmore Eclipse, an immersive theater experience by Walking Cinema, by creating interior and exterior murals for the set inspired by San Francisco’s 1950s bebop jazz scene. Commissioned as the mural artist, I collaborated with Artistic Director Michael Epstein, Director Michael French, and the acting team to ensure the artwork integrated seamlessly with the set design and performance. Drawing on historical photographs, mid-century art, and input from the cast, I designed murals that actors could actively engage with as part of the show.
“Day of Days” Walking Cinema
I was commissioned by Walking Cinema to create graphic designs for Day of Days, an immersive augmented reality podcast. My work focused on developing images for a podcast partner guide to highlight a portable listening station. I collaborated closely with Michael Epstein (Principal Investigator, Writer, Executive Producer) and Andrew Callaway (Producer) to ensure the designs aligned with the project’s creative and technical needs.
Additional Projects
I have completed numerous private commissions designing and fabricating custom metalwork, including arches, fences, gates, and lattices for home gardens and city parks. Each piece is tailored to the site, balancing durability with aesthetic detail to enhance outdoor spaces.
